High-Current Control Thermostats

Standard 16A thermostats can't handle heavy electric heating loads — they weld, arc, and fail early. HengTherm's HTR-P series is built for exactly that gap: HTR-P300 covers 16A/20A/32A at up to 400V with single-pole control and compulsory OFF, while HTR-P500 goes to 33A at 110V/250V, 50–500°C, with SPST/SPDT contacts and 100,000-cycle life.

FAQ

When do I need a 33A thermostat instead of a 16A or 20A one?

When the heating element draws more than ~16A continuously, or when frequent switching at high load causes premature contact failure on standard models.
